- Proof of ordination
- Be at least 18 years old
- Complete and return the marriage license within 90 days

- Mayors
- Clerks of the circuit court or their deputies
Marriage License Info
Marriage licenses are obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court. No waiting period. The license is valid for 60 days.
